How we work
A product either earns its place or it gets retired.
The same four steps apply to everything in the portfolio, whether it is a weekend experiment or the thing paying for the servers.
Decide
We start from the smallest version that proves the idea, and write down what would make us stop. No project begins without a defined success signal.
Build
A single small team ships it against one baseline standard — lint, tests, build, and end-to-end coverage on every repository in the portfolio.
Automate
Deployment, monitoring, and the marketing loop get wired up before launch, so running the product does not consume the team that built it.
Operate
Products that find traction get invested in. Products that do not get shut down cleanly. Both outcomes are planned for from the beginning.

Sharply Group owns and operates a portfolio of digital ventures. There is no agency layer and no account management — the people who decide what to build are the people who build it.
Three principles decide the arguments. They are published, along with the standards every repository in the portfolio has to meet, so anyone working with us can hold us to them.
